Shipping Costs
All parcels will be shipped from Germany. After the payment arrived we will need 5 working days to hand your order to the shipping agency (unless it's stated otherwhise in the description of the article).
Withing Germany we use Hermes for shipping: 5,00 Euro.
Withing EU we use Hermes for shipping: 14,00 Euro.
To Switzerland and UK we use DHL for shipping: 27,00 Euro.
To the Russian Federation we use DHL for shipping: 31,00 Euro.
To the USA we use UPS for shipping: 25,00 Euro.
To Canada we use DHL for shipping: 38,00 Euro.
To all other countries we use DHL for shipping: 46,00 Euro.
Please note: If orders are returned to us because you gave us an incorrect address, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts by the parcel service provider or if you don't collect the parcel in the given period of time from the shiiping agency and that's why we have to send your order out a second time, you need to pay for shipping again. Please also note that customs may occur for orders in your country.
